The owner behind the work
Ace Restoration is run by Aaron Loth, a Twin Cities general contractor. He started Ace to do exterior work the way he thinks it should be done: straight answers, clean job sites, and a warranty that actually means something.
It's a deliberately local business competing against private-equity-backed outfits by doing the opposite of what they do. One owner whose name is on every contract. Work warrantied in writing. A few minutes away when something needs a second look.
